    Charles’ behind-the-scenes looks into what’s going on in the banks and their preparedness for presenting the type of data needed for this sort of an exercise is fascinating. I’d have liked to have been a fly on that wall. Same for the UFJ inspection in 2004 that precipitated the whole Mitsubishi/SMFG bidding war.
